Its Carnival time and we are proud to be one of the first eco friendly parades in the UK. Come and join in this day of celebration, everyone is welcome! COSTUMES! Think bright & beautiful NOISE! Think whistles & drums FLAGS! Think colourful & bold PUPPETS! Think large & loud

And of course FLOATS! Think non-motorised, things on wheels or push/pull trollies. So get creative and be part of this amazing street procession that brings communities together.

And CALLING ALL BUSINESSES! For a small charity donation why not use this as an opportunity to promote yourself and engage directly with the people of Chelmsford.

NEW ROUTE FOR 2023!! Starting at 1pm, the parade will walk from Shire Hall via the High St & Moulsham St before finishing at Oaklands Park followed by an afternoon of entertainment including Music, Dance, Food, Stalls & Activities
